Natant Systems LLC (“Natant,” “we,” or “us”) has created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) in order to provide you with information regarding our collection, use, disclosure and protection of information and data from your use of any website, platform or app of Natant (each, a “Website”) or any of the Natant products or services provided on or through any Website (the “Service”). For purposes of this Policy, https://natantsystems.com/, https://agencycaregivers.com/ and any related Natant apps are Websites, and our Agency Caregivers platform at https://agencycaregivers.com/, including any apps made available by Natant to use or access such platform, is a Service.
You should review this Policy before using any Website or Service. Your use of a Website or Service constitutes your acceptance of this Policy. In addition, your acceptance of this Policy by clicking to accept or by written approval of this Policy or any Terms of Use that refer to this Policy constitutes your agreement to this Policy.
This Policy is subject to change by us at any time in our discretion. This Policy specifies the date of the most recent update. You are responsible for checking this Policy for updates before you continue use the Website or Service and for reviewing any updates. In our sole discretion, we may, but are not required, to notify you of any update or to ask you to click or sign to accept the update. For example, a User who is a caregiver may be permitted to use the Website to share information such as the caregiver User’s credentials, picture, location, age, gender and availability. This information is used and stored by us to facilitate use of the Service by Users.
A Website or Service may contain one or more features allowing Users to exchange communications and information (collectively, “User Exchanges”) with Natant or other Users using a wiki, chatroom or similar format. All User Exchanges posted or transmitted using a Website or Service and all rights therein become the sole property of, and are hereby assigned to, Natant and may be used by Natant’s for its business purposes, including for the purpose of enhancing, addressing issues with respect to, or offering new, products or services. We reserve the right to monitor and, if we deem appropriate, delete some or all User Exchanges on a Website or restrict or prohibit certain Users from using this feature.
Users may from time to time opt to provide us with requests or suggestions for changes, updates or additions to our products or services or with other suggestions (collectively, “suggestions”). All suggestions that are provided to Natant using a Website or otherwise, and all rights in such suggestions, are hereby assigned to and become the sole property of Natant. Suggestions may be used by Natant for any business purpose, including for the purpose of enhancing, addressing issues with respect to, or offering new, products or services, in each case without any obligation to the provider of such suggestion.
Visitors to a Website who contact Natant through such Website, such as to request additional information regarding Natant or its products or services, may be required to provide us with contact information, such as name, address, phone number and email address. Natant uses and stores this personal information for purposes of responding to the question or request for information.
We may use and store contact information provided by a User for the purpose of contacting the User to discuss products and services that we provide and to send information regarding our company or partners, including information regarding commercial promotions or invitations to commercial events. We may also email newsletters or other information to Users, including information regarding updates to our products, services or company.
Information Collection Technologies. Natant, directly or through a third-party vendor, may use technology to collect, process, or store information and data regarding your use of a Website, including information about your device, operating system, browser and Website visits and your IP address. Natant uses this information to provide the Service and to provide support and diagnose technical problems. Natant may also use this information for internal purposes, such as auditing, data analysis, or to help us develop or improve our Websites, products or services. Permitted Use and Disclosure. Natant may use and disclose personal information covered by this Policy as follows:

Anonymous Information

Natant may use and store personal information to collect, create, or assemble Anonymous Information. This Policy does not restrict, limit or impose any requirements with respect to our collection, use, disclosure, transfer, storage or protection of Anonymous Information. All Anonymous Information that we collect, create, or assemble is owned exclusively by us, even if the underlying data or information constitutes personal information or other information or data that is not owned by Natant.
Third Party Service Providers
“Third Party Service Provider” means a telecommunications, internet, hosting, or other service provider, other than Natant, providing internet, hosting, storage, email, credit card processing, wireless or other intermediary services, including cloud-based services, that facilitate or are necessary for the operation of a Website or Service or our business. Natant may disclose personal information to, and permit the collection, use and storage of personal information by, one or more Third Party Service Providers in connection with the operation of a Website or Service or our business, including to host the Website and Service and to store or transmit User information or data. The collection, use, disclosure, transfer, storage and protection of personal information or other information and data by Third Party Service Providers is subject to the terms of service, privacy policies and other terms and policies of such Third Party Service Providers.
Cookies
We may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”) in connection with a Website to automatically collect usage information or data. A purpose of such use is to monitor, maintain and improve the Websites and Service and the associated User experiences. Natant also uses cookies to identify you while you are logged in, which facilitates Natant’s processing of your online transactions and requests. Cookies are also used to verify your identity as a registered user.

Some cookies exist only during an online session, and they disappear from your device when you close your browser or turn off your device. The Website and any server or device on which personal information is used or stored by or on behalf of Natant may be hosted or operated by Natant or by a Third Party Service Provider engaged by Natant for such purpose. With respect to any such Website, server or device hosted or operated by Natant, Natant has security measures in place that Natant believes are reasonable to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the personal information under our control. In addition, Natant selects Third Party Service Providers that it believes use reasonable security measures to protect a User’s information and data.
Natant provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered in order for a registered User to access a Service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of this information.
Although Natant endeavors to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information or other information or data. In addition, transmission of any personal information or other information or data by or to you using the internet is not completely secure and is at your own risk.
Children Under the Age of 13
The Website is not directed at or permitted to be used by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from any child under the age of 13.
Successors
We reserve the right to assign and transfer this Policy and any stored information and data, including personal information, to a successor company in connection with any sale, merger, or reorganization of our company. The successor company’s privacy policy and practices may supersede this Policy.
Terms of Use
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and any Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall govern.
Governing Law and Enforceability
This Policy is governed by the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The state and Federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall be the exclusive forum for any legal claim or dispute regarding this Policy. By accepting this Policy, you and Natant agree that the parties waive any right to a trial by jury in connection with any such claim. Any provision of this Policy found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable shall be deemed revised to the minimum extent required for validity and enforceability, which shall not affect the remainder of this Policy.

Except as necessary in connection with a Service, Users can opt out of being contacted by us at any time by emailing us at the email address set forth below under “Contact Information”.
Reviewing and Updating Your Information
If you would like to update or change your contact, registration or billing information, you may do so by emailing us at the email address set forth below under “Contact Information”. Registered Users can also use the Website to review and update their personal information.
