Bookings are designed for temp care — think babysitting, date nights, and on-demand requests. They handle matching, invitations, and payment for one-off or recurring gigs. Shifts are built for ongoing placements like full-time or part-time nanny positions. They support check-in/check-out, time tracking, and data capture through form submissions, giving you a complete picture of every shift worked.

What is SMS Pass-Through?

SMS notifications (booking confirmations, reminders, caregiver invitations, etc.) are billed at cost with no markup. Charges from our SMS provider are passed directly to your agency's Stripe account each month. Typically this works out to around $15 for every 100 bookings — or just a few dollars if you train your caregivers to use free push notifications instead.

Is there an app?

Parents and caregivers don't need or want any more apps in their life. The booking portal is mobile-first, so it works beautifully on any phone without downloading anything. They can also book and manage common tasks through SMS.

How fast can we launch?
