Agencies connect Zapier to fire a Zap whenever something happens in their Agency Caregivers account — a new family registers, a booking is confirmed or cancelled, a caregiver profile changes — and push that into whatever else they run their business on.

Why we built this

No agency runs on one tool. Zapier is how an agency wires Agency Caregivers into the rest of what they use — a spreadsheet, an accounting package, a mailing list, a Slack channel — without waiting on us to build a bespoke integration for each one.

What we access, and why

Event triggers

Granted by: Agency administrators

What it does: Zapier subscribes to the events an agency chooses. When one happens in their account, we send that event to Zapier and the agency's Zap runs.
Data we access: Only data from the agency's own Agency Caregivers account, for the specific record the event is about.
What we store: Subscriptions are stored against the agency until the Zap is turned off. We do not store anything from the agency's Zapier account.

Agency-scoped API key

Granted by: Agency administrators

What it does: Zapier authenticates with an API key issued by the agency from its own settings.
Data we access: Every request made with the key is scoped to the issuing agency. One agency's key can never read another agency's data.
What we store: The key is stored against the agency and can be revoked at any time.

How we handle your data

Scoped to one agency

The API key resolves to exactly one agency account, and every query behind it is filtered to that agency.

Revocable

Turning off the connection stops delivery immediately and invalidates the key.

Staying in control

Connect Zapier from Settings in your Agency Caregivers account.
Choose which events should trigger a Zap.
Revoke the key at any time to stop all delivery.
